Values honest and direct feedback—we are committed to each client’s personal healing and growth.
Understands what therapy is about—clients should know the value of following through on assignments between sessions, keeping appointments, and being honest with themselves and us.
I work with clients with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, divorce and other losses, life transition. stress management, anger management, shame & fear issues, abuse and trauma, self-esteem and confidence issues, adolescent issues, chronic disease management, etc.
Clients needing medication or other mental health services are referred to qualified professionals or specific agencies and support groups.
