My Approach

You need help – what do you do?

You’re searching for a counselor, someone who can help, someone who is a good fit for you. This could be the first time you’ve sought counseling, and the only thing you’re sure about is that you need help. Or you may have had counseling before and know exactly what you’re looking for.

I bring you the utmost respect.

I believe that everyone is deserving of respect and dignity. I offer every client unconditional acceptance and understanding. I do not discriminate based on race, age, religion, ability, marital status, sexual orientation, sex, or gender identity.

I help clients identify what’s important to them, uncover irrational thinking and behavior patterns, and align their behavior with their deepest values. Generally, people know what’s best.

You know YOU best.

Clients set their own therapeutic goals and outcomes based on their values. I do not impose my values on clients.

My work with clients is based on best practices as established by current psychological and medical research. We will do more than talk. You will learn new strategies to address self-limiting and self-defeating thinking and behaviors and be given assignments between sessions to reinforce what you’re learning in counseling sessions.

We will move at your pace. I will challenge you, but I will also offer adequate support and be sensitive to your needs and emotional state.

Let’s start now… why wait?

I want to help you achieve the life you want and deserve. Don’t put it off any longer.

If you believe I’m a good fit for you, please call me at (662) 435-0050, email me, or complete the contact form below. If you’re not sure or have questions, I offer a free 30-minute telephone or face-to-face consultation.
